Morten is one of the performers, tonight of the charity concert for Haiti.
This concert will be held tonight, at 7.OO pm at Oslo House Opera and broadcasted on NRK1.
Among the performers tonight : Morten Harket, Ane Brun, Morten Knutsen and Ludvigsen, The Opera house orchestra, Noora Noor, A1, Ole Paus, Lars Lillo- Stenberg, Valkyrien Allstars, Superfamily, Kurt Nilsen, Minor Majority, Thom Hell, Elisabeth Andreassen and Ingrid Olava.
Morten is also among the performers who decided to record a single for Haiti, "Den Stilleste Timen" (The silent hour), together with Ingrid Olava, Eldar Vågan, Simone de D'Sound, Askil Holm, Tuva Syvertsen of Valkyrien Allstars, Thom Hell et Ole Paus.
The demo was recorded yesterday night at Amadeus studio in Oslo by Ole Paus and the final production is being recorded now at Rainbow Studio.
Joachim Lund, responsible for the project, pointed out to Dagsavisen "This a wonderful song which is a good balance between soft words and a touching melody which will please to a wide audiance".
The single will be released on CD box and in download.
Morten has appeared in the TV show "God Morgen Norge" on TV2 together with the singer Elisabeth Andreassen and producer Alexander Eik in due to talk about the concert.
«I haven't decided yet which song I will choose but I promise that I will make up my mind before going on stage", announced Morten when he was interviewed.
